Book your first-time free class from our group class offerings: Bootcamp, Strength TRAIN, Yoga, and CrossFit (in order to take CrossFit, must have at least 3 months' CrossFit experience). More details on our offerings HERE.

2. Arrive at least 5 minutes early before your scheduled class to ensure a coach can check in with you and have you fill out a waiver.

3. Enjoy your class! We will follow up within one business day to talk about your experience and discuss membership options!
